Intellectual Property

The "Logic-Mesh" modeling approach is a trade secret protected under international intellectual property treaties.

While our analytics provide enterprise optimization, they are provided "as-is" without a guarantee of specific commercial outcomes. GlobalTurkLogic serves as a strategy advisor, not a final fiduciary decision-maker.

Users must not perform more than 500 requests per minute to our strategy consultation endpoints without a Tier-1 API license.
Clients retain ownership of the raw data provided; however, GlobalTurkLogic retains ownership of the refined data models derived.
The Boundary of Consultation
Our data modeling services are strategic in nature. GlobalTurkLogic does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Any strategy implementations based on our analytics must be vetted by your internal compliance teams before operational rollout. We reserve the right to modify these terms as the digital architecture landscape evolves.
Termination of services may occur upon 30 days' written notice if either party breaches the operational integrity established in these core terms. In cases of critical security vulnerabilities or unauthorized data exfiltration, we reserve the right to suspend access immediately to protect our strategy hub’s broad integrity.
Limitation of Total Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalTurkLogic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital assets or optimization advice.
Dispute Resolution Protocol
Arbitration Venue
Any disagreements originating from these terms shall be settled through binding arbitration in Istanbul. The proceedings will be conducted in Turkish or English, at the discretion of the arbiter, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
Modification Rights
We update these protocols periodically to reflect changes in global data regulations and local legal requirements. Your continued use of the hub after updates signifies acceptance of the revised architectural governance.
